Head Coach/Trainer – Adam Coon

 

 

 

Adam has been working in recreation and fitness since 1990.  He began his career as a swimming and water exercise instructor and then worked as a personal trainer at various health clubs.  He has worked with a broad range of clients and has guided many clients through lifestyle changes and successful weight loss.  He has assisted many seniors to build strength, fitness and balance beyond their expectations.  He has helped develop and prepare youth athletes for sports competition.

Adam has been involved in fitness conditioning most of his life.  He began swimming competitively at the age of 4 and raced with USA Swimming Teams throughout high school.  Adam has been actively involved with many organized sports (baseball, basketball, football, tennis, soccer & tae kwon do) throughout life.

Adam began cycling while in college and has been competing locally and nationally since 1993.  He has over two decades of racing experience and has been coaching and training cyclists since 1997.  In 2017 he competed as a member of Team USA at the Multisport World Championships.  Adam has worked with beginning riders (just learning to pedal), elite racers (competing for national titles), and triathletes (sprint distance to Ironman).
