Bike Fitting |
No cyclist will ride their fastest, even on the finest lightweight, aerodynamic frame if it isn’t optimally fit. Each athlete needs a different fit based on a variety of factors. Attempting to develop more aerodynamic positions, many athletes create biomechanical inefficiencies. It won’t help to find a position that is 10 watts more aerodynamic if you lose 20 watts due to biomechanical inefficiency. $150 – Basic Bike Fit (60 min) Includes: Frame Size Recommendation Saddle – Height, Fore-aft position & Tilt Handlebar – Distance from saddle & Height Body position – how to sit on the bike to pedal most efficiently $300 – Advanced Bike Fit (2 hours) Includes: Physical Assessment Frame Size Recommendation Cleat Placement, Arch Support Recommendation Adjustments to correct pronation / supination Saddle – Height, Fore-aft position & Tilt Handlebar – Distance from saddle & Height Handlebar Width Recommendation Crank length Recommendation Body position – how to sit on the bike to pedal most efficiently Aerodynamic Positioning of Road or TT/Tri Position 30-60 min Follow-up Appointment to make final adjustments |
